    • How do I create my account?

      From the VIVACYBEAUTY.CO.UK  home page, click on the “My Account” icon. Fill in your personal information as requested and confirm your registration.

      Having a VIVACY BEAUTY account offers many advantages:

      • Your personal information (delivery address, billing address, e-mail, telephone number, etc.) is recorded. For your next orders, you will not have to fill them in again.
      • You can manage and follow your orders (follow-up, history).
      • You have access to our VIVACY BEAUTY loyal customer benefits (points, gifts, etc.).
    • I forgot my password, what should I do?

      If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it on the login page by clicking on “Forgot your password?”.

      You will be asked for your e-mail address and a new password will be sent to you.

    • How can I change my personal information?

      You can change your personal data (name, delivery address…) directly online via “My Account”.

    • How do I return a product bought on the Vivacy Beauty online shop?

      For all return requests, please contact the VIVACY BEAUTY customer service department, which will provide you with information on the conditions and procedures for exchange and/or refund:

    • What is the order cancellation period?

      The legal order cancellation delay is 14 days following order confirmation, then another 14 days to return the package at your expense.

      To do this, we invite you to fill in the order cancellation form and enclose it in your package.

    • How much does delivery cost on the Vivacy Beauty e-shop?

      UK:

      For orders over £100, packaging and shipping costs are free.

      For orders under £100, shipping costs apply: £6.

      OUTSIDE OF UK:

      If you are outside of the UK please visit https://vivacybeauty.com/gb in your corresponding country.

    • What are the delivery terms and conditions?

      Orders will be shipped through Royal Mail.

      Orders placed can only be shipped to any residential or business address within the UK.

      All orders are shipped using a tracked and signed for courier service.

      Orders are being delivered within 3-5 business days from order confirmation.

      VIVACY BEAUTY offers a free delivery service for all orders over £100. Orders under £100 are subject to a delivery fee of £6

      Orders placed on the VIVACY BEAUTY.COM online shop can be delivered to France, Monaco, Andorra, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Austria, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia.

    • How to order online?

      To place an order on our website, select the products of your choice and click on “ADD” or “ADD TO CART”. You can either continue shopping or place an order by going to your shopping cart. Once in the basket, click on “CHECKOUT” and follow the instructions.

    • Which payment methods are accepted on the Vivacy Beauty online shop?

      We accept payment from the following credit cards:

    • Has my order been processed?

    • What is hyaluronic acid?

      Naturally found in many of our body’s tissues and fluids, the hyaluronic acid molecule regulates the skin’s hydration, ensuring firmness and elasticity. However, it is estimated that by the age of 50, our body has only 50% hyaluronic acid left. Since the late 1990s, the volumizing properties of this molecule have been exploited in the field of aesthetic fillers.     • How do I get the list of ingredients for a Vivacy Beauty product?

      The full list of ingredients is provided on each product packaging and on each product page on the vivacybeauty.co.uk website.

    • Are Vivacy Beauty products tested on animals?

      Cosmetic regulations prohibit animal testing of the efficacy and safety of finished cosmetic products since 2004 and of raw materials since 2013. Laboratoires VIVACY scrupulously respects the provisions of European Regulation 1223/2009 on cosmetic products and its amendments, and in particular its article 18 on animal testing.

    • How long can a product be kept once opened?

      There are two indications on the packaging of your cosmetic products that allow you to determine their validity.
      Firstly, you can rely on the expiry date. Until this date, we guarantee the effectiveness and stability of our products. We also indicate the After Opening Period (AP) on each product. So you can see on our packaging a pictogram of an open jar indicating the recommended period of use.
